Red passed on the family tradition of quality and service to his son Steve in 1972. Steve knows the value of the best ingredients. Red's continues to locally source the best mozzarella and other cheeses. The handmade sausage (yes, it is a family secret recipe) starts with the best meats. As for the sauce and the pizza dough, you better believe they are made on site, from scratch, with only the best ingredients.
