Catering
Red's Catering uses only the FINEST ingredients: Smoked Hams, Turkey Breast, and the freshest meats. We do not use pressed or canned meats. Our famous Potato Salad, Baked Beans, all our gravies as well as many other items are made from scratch.
All menu items can be substituted or changed for your individual needs. Please ask for assistance if change is needed. We are here to serve you. Additional items can be added for an additional charge.
For a party of 100 people or more, servers will be included at no additional charge. All prices are quoted on a per person basis. There will be an 18% service charge and 5% WI sales tax on all caterings. Many halls are now requiring an additional surcharge, which will be added to our prices.
All prices include heavy duty plates, utensils, napkins, cups and condiments (excluding a la carte orders). China is available upon request for an additional charge.
All caterings require $200.00 down at the time of booking. Final count is needed two weeks before the event.
Cake cutter is available for an additional charge of $50.00, which includes plates and forks for the cake.
